Japanese Die-Cut Washi Tape
Washi Tape That Does the Decorating For You
Die-cut washi tape is a small Japanese stationery trick: the roll is pre-cut into individual shapes, so instead of a strip of patterned tape you get a run of little bunnies, cakes or shiba inu that peel off one at a time. Made from traditional washi paper, the tape tears cleanly by hand, sticks to paper, card and glass, and lifts off again without tearing or leaving residue.
Use it to seal envelopes and parcels, mark pages, decorate journals and gift wrap, or hand a roll to a child and see what happens. Each roll is about 15 mm wide and 3 metres long.
