Japanese Recycled Socks with Kasuri Yarn
Crafted in Nara - the historic heart of Japanese hosiery.
The material blend prioritizes both comfort and longevity. Upcycled wool provides natural warmth and a fluffy texture, while recycled polyester ensures the socks remain durable and quick-drying. For added strength, recycled cotton is utilized in the heels and toes—the areas most prone to wear.
A vibrant Kasuri yarn is woven throughout as a playful accent, adding a pop of color to the textured, "bumpy" knit. With a breathable, moderate thickness, these socks offer a heavy yet comfortable feel that pairs just as well with sturdy boots as they do with casual sandals.

SOUKI was founded in 1927 in Nara Prefecture, the birthplace of socks. Since its founding, SOUKI has always been committed to the idea that quality is a given, but they want to pursue socks that people can truly feel good about in their daily lives. Although not a large factory, they carefully produce socks one by one - from the selection of materials to the final finishing touches - valuing technology handed down for nearly 90 years and the evolution that comes from constant trial and error.
